An Arkansas mother purchased the majority of the shoes from an end Payless ShoeSource store to provide for kids deprived before the school year starts.
Carrie Jernigan, a mother of three, revealed to Fox News she purchased about 1,500 sets of shoes. She didn’t uncover the amount she paid however revealed to Fox News her receipts showed she spared about $21,000, in spite of the fact that she paid only a small amount of that number.
